Giant Flames burned through the village of Konoha, as the villagers scattered for their lives. Bloody bodies laid on the roads, as ninjas rushed to the villages’ aid. One by one they were cut down by a cloaked man, with a mask. The patio door to Itachi’s room flung open. Itachi looked down on the village as it burned before him. Itachi, then looked off into the distance, as the cloaked man then stood on top of a building on the other side of the burning village.

 

Itachi - “You……..”

 

      Itachi then leaped from the ledge onto the top of a nearby building, and started to run towards the cloaked man. As incoming shuriken flew at him, he leaped from building to building dodging them as they flew by. As Itachi reached the mysterious man, he leaped up into the air, and swung a roundhouse kick at the man.  The man ducked the kick, as Itachi flew over his head, he landed on his feet and quickly pulled out a kunai blade. Itachi turned quickly and swinging the blade, aiming at the mans throat. As the blade reached near the man quickly blocked it with a kunai blade of his own.  The man then quickly grabbed Itachi by the throat and squeezed while lifting him into the air, causing Itachi to drop his kunai.

 

Cloaked Man - “You can’t hide from me……. You have what I want…………..”

 

     The man then formed chakra into his hand and stabbed Itachi in the left eye. Itachi then quickly sat up in bed, holding the left side of his face. Realizing he was dreaming he walked out onto the patio. And stared off into the night sky.

Meanwhile in the Hidden Sand Village ………………..

    Gaara walked the night streets, unable to sleep, he wandered around.  Meanwhile in the Village administration building, the Kazekage and village elders held a meeting.

 

Elder 1 - “We can’t afford to keep him here. He could end up destroying this entire village.”

 

Elder 2 - “Killing him now would be pointless. We made him into a weapon for a reason. Killing him will only put in vein everything we lost in order to create him.”

 

Elder 1 - “Losing that is nothing, if we can stop him before he destroys everything around us. He’s too powerful to be controlled.”

 

Kazekage - “Enough…… We will destroy the creature before its too late. Send your best men…….”

 

Elder 1 - “Ye sir….”
